Wave Glass Art ‘Antarctic Confluence VII’ by Cathryn Shilling
Wave glass art by Cathryn Shilling comprises kiln-formed glass, her inspiration taken from the vast Antarctic Peninsula. A remote place, still primordial, untouched and unharmed by man. The vast landscape of the Antarctic sets the stage for this incredible piece from the Confluence range.
The Antarctic is a place of stark contrasts and an incredible environment that remains in its purest state. From hanging ice cliffs to icebergs in the vast and deep ocean, this artwork will steal your heart and your mind.
Choose wave glass art for lovers of the ocean wave and nature. Bring glaciers and tabula icebergs into your home when you purchase from the Confluence range by Cathryn Shilling.
Stare into the magic of this kiln glass art, into a place where the sea, land, ice, and sky collide. Into a place where mankind has yet to leave its mark. A world that is wild, untamed, and one where natural encounters make the backdrop of life. This wave art glass is made of fine strands of glass in multiple layers, each one representing a singular and separate element of Antarctic life.
N.B. The images shown are an example of the ones in the series. Each piece is handmade and therefore there will be small variations in colour, shape and pattern. Each one is completely unique and signed by the artist.
