Round Glass Ornament Artist

Remigijus  Kriukas is a master glassmaker from Lithuania. He graduated from the Institute of Art in 1985 and has worked making handmade glass objects ever since.

He founded his own company in 2000 and specialises in paperweights, glass ornaments and sculpture. He is one of the pioneers of mixed media art and combines glass with stone, wood and metal.

Some of his artwork can be found in Art museums throughout Europe, including Moscow Germany, Budapest and Riga. He has exhibited all over the world and has won admirers on every continent with his own blend of beautiful perplexing glass artistry.

What is most unusual is that he is better known outside of his country than within, which is odd considering his worldwide fan base who would love to own a beautiful round glass ornament like this.
