The first step to rent artwork is to contact us to discuss your requirments.
You can choose from our large collection or we can source the right piece for you.
We submit to you via email what you are looking for and we ask you to confirm your requirements in an official purchase order or company letterhead, that lists the full invoice address and gives the name, email and telephone number of a contact person at your company.
We will then send an invoice and an art hire agreement that clears copyright once the invoice has been settled.
If you are not a registered company then you may be asked to provide a copy of your photo identity and proof of address. Boha will create an art glass hire agreement with you.
Once payment has been recieved, you will be able to collect your hired artwork. Payment must be made before the courier arrives.
Once the pieces are delivered they are your to enjoy for the duration of the hire agreement.
If you would like to extend the hire agreement please contact us before the end of the initial hire agreement.
All artwork for hire is rented out at between 10 and 15 percent with a minimum period of two weeks.
For pieces under £2000 we would encourage clients to purchase rather than hiring but please contact us to discuss in the first instance if you are thinking of hiring a number of smaller pieces.
