Large Glass Vases ‘Double Contrast’ by David Ševčík
These marbling large glass vases are a poignant contrast between two opposing forces.
The yin and yang of modern interior decor, these pieces meld together perfectly for those who wish to make a bold statement, without the bold colours.
High-end and captivating, they are perfect for completing your interior decor project.
N.B. The images shown are an example of the ones in the series. Each art glass is handmade and therefore there will be small variations in colour, shape and pattern. Each one is unique and signed by the artists.
Artist Statement
The creative play of objects is based on the maximum suppression of the key properties of glass as a material. Although it is enamel, the object is completely non-transparent. If the metallurgical work is typical of the rotary movement of the glass gun, here it is suddenly abandoned at a certain point and passes into an irregular drapery more typical of the tailor’s craft. Let’s go.
